At Insight Therapy, we believe access to mental health care should be simple, supportive, and accessible to our community. Our team provides therapy services for individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families, and we are proud to offer care in English, Spanish, Russian, and Armenian so that more members of our Santa Barbara community can feel understood and supported.

CenCal Insurance / MediCal

Insight Therapy currently accepts CenCal Insurance. If you are a CenCal member, our team will take care of all billing directly with the insurance provider, making the process easy and stress-free for you. There is no co-pay required for CenCal services, and no preauthorization is needed to begin therapy. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to access the care you deserve. Out-of-Network Benefits

For clients with other insurance plans, Insight Therapy is an out-of-network provider. We are happy to provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network mental health benefits.

Sliding Scale Options

Insight Therapy also offers sliding scale services in certain circumstances to help make therapy more accessible. Please contact our team if you would like to learn more about availability.

Additional Insurance Partnerships

We are excited to share that Insight Therapy will soon be in-network with UCSHIP insurance, with services expected to begin within the next month.
